Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Bestin Ltd. By using BestIn you accept them. If you use BestIn on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your password secure and be at least 13 years old. One person, one account: operating multiple accounts to influence rankings is prohibited.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable licence to host, display, translate, adapt, distribute and use your content to operate, improve and promote BestIn, including through partners and successors. This licence continues for content that remains on the service after account deletion (such as lists other people contributed to), without your name. You confirm you have the rights to anything you upload.
Rules
You must follow the Content Policy. We may remove content, reduce the weight of votes, or suspend accounts that break it, including where we detect manipulation automatically.
Rankings are opinions
Rankings reflect community opinion calculated with the method described on our "How rankings work" page. They are not statements of fact or endorsements by BestIn. We do not accept payment to change a ranking.
Availability and warranties
BestIn is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties, and we may change or discontinue features.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to USD 100. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
You can stop using BestIn and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for breaches of these terms.
Law and disputes
